The Lush business is run by Lush shop managers, who are committed to serving their customers and growing their businesses. The role of the Retailer is to actively support managers through fresh and innovative advice and encouragement, genuine care and by ensuring we recruit, develop and train empowered and highly skilled shop managers.

Expectations:

• 2+ years of experience managing a Lush shop, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• 1+ years of experience supporting remote locations and developing teams.
• A passion for helping others grow, with a proven ability to mentor and support talent, manage performance, and navigate employee relations.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and adaptable to other systems.
• Must be located in the US Central Region near multiple Lush store locations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the US Central region
• Ability to travel internationally as needed to Canada and the UK.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of multi-unit experience.
• Degree or coursework in business, commerce, or communication.
• Experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry.
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
