About the Role

An established business is looking for a strong Retail / Wholesale Manager to take full responsibility for operations, sales performance, and team management across the PE/Uitenhage region.

This role requires a hands-on, results-driven individual who can manage both retail and wholesale operations while driving growth and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day retail and wholesale operations
• Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the region
• Manage, motivate, and lead store and sales teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and overall inventory control
• Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and expand business
• Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards
• Report on sales performance and implement improvement strategies

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail and/or wholesale management role
• FMCG experience essential
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Valid driver's licence (essential)
• Ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively
• Strong understanding of sales, stock control, and customer engagement

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 per month
