How will your everyday be?

As part of our team, you willparticipatein large global programs thathelpRetailand CPGclients—primarily in North America—reimagine their business processes, build new organizational capabilities, and implement digitally enabled solutions that drive high performance.You’llwork alongside a multi-disciplinary global team to design innovative solutions for complex challenges, analyze business processes and requirements, and configure and customizecutting-edgetools. Your day will also includeidentifyingdata for value realization, performing in-depth analysis, and developing business cases that shape strategic decisions. Beyond that,you’llguide change management efforts to ensure smooth transformation and helpoptimizeplanning, merchandising, and selling processes across multiple channels. Every day brings an opportunity to make an impact and help clients achieve measurable results.

Job Qualifications

• 📊2–5 years of experiencein Retail orManagement Consulting with exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, Omnichannel, Digital Transformation, Retail Analytics, or Platform Implementation.
• 🧠Experience with technology platformsselectionand implementation (e.g.,Relex, JDA, Oracle, SAP).
• 🧭Hands-on experience in:

o Planning, Merchandising, and Selling processes across multiple channels (Store & E-commerce).
o Designing and customizing solutions for complex business needs.

• 🔍Strong analytical skills for business process analysis, data-driven insights, and business case development.
• 🧩Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary global teams and contribute to large-scale transformation programs.
• 🔄Familiarity with change management planning and execution.
• 🗣Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ✅Bachelor’sdegree (mandatory).
• 🌍Advanced English (mandatory).
