Job Description

Trainer responsibilities include teaching presentation and persuasion techniques to Client Advisors, simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps. Note that this position requires visiting our regional retail stores to work closely with our Regional Sales Directors on a regular basis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with HQ Retail Training Director, Education for all seasonal education updates and advisements.
  • Undertake regular reviews and analyses procedures and materials to measure the impact of training on store performance.
  • Measure and analyses the efficiency of training results through sales results and client satisfaction feedback results.
  • Visiting our regional retail boutiques to collaborate closely with our Client Advisors on a regular basis.
  • Observe how Client Advisors interact with clients to identify areas of improvement.
  • Help Client Advisors to develop their storytelling skills and personal narratives.
  • Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g., how to overcome objections)
  • Apply various sales training techniques (e.g., gamification, case studies and group activities)

Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role
  • Understanding of Luxury Retail, Client experience and selling skills (Experience of the luxury sector preferred but not essential)
  • Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using learning platforms.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate Client Advisors to achieve sales goal.
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
  • Ability to work on weekdays and potentially occasional weekends.
  • Proven ability to work remotely from direct management.
  • Ability to assess business needs of a retail store based on specific KPI indicators.
