YOUR MISSION
As a Retail Trainee, your mission will be to provide comprehensive support across critical functions that ensure the seamless operation of our boutique and the delivery of an unparalleled client experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to the intricate world of luxury retail, contributing to our high standards in visual merchandising, client relationship management, and customer service, all while upholding the Maison's esteemed values. This role is designed to offer a holistic understanding of how a luxury brand operates at the front line, fostering both operational excellence and deep client engagement.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?:
  • Enhance Retail Operations & Boutique Maintenance:You will contribute to the smooth daily functioning of our boutiques by assisting with the management and troubleshooting of essential digital tools used by our sales associates. Your meticulous weekly follow-ups on maintenance topics will ensure any issues are promptly addressed, directly contributing to the pristine condition and operational efficiency of our retail environment.
  • Elevate Visual Merchandising Standards:You will play a key role in maintaining the exquisite presentation of our creations. This includes coordinating orders for visual elements and props, assisting with budget tracking for VM initiatives, and supporting specific animation orders. Your efforts will directly impact the aesthetic appeal and thematic consistency of our displays.
  • Strengthen Client Relationship Management (CRM):You will be instrumental in nurturing our client relationships. This involves assisting with the monthly update and analysis of CRM KPIs for our Sales Associates, providing valuable insights into client engagement. You will support clienteling campaigns from forecasting and precise customer targeting to diligently following up on completion rates. For gifting initiatives, you'll assist with client targeting, budget follow-up, and various operational tasks. Furthermore, you will help craft bespoke client experiences by assisting with hotel/restaurant bookings, researching suitable luxury experiences, and facilitating clear communication with Sales Associates. Your involvement in translating and proofreading client communications will ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service:You will support the Customer Service team in coordinating the efficient resolution of client issues, learning to manage and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. By diligently following up with Sales Associates on specific cases, you will directly contribute to timely and satisfactory outcomes, thereby fostering overall client satisfaction and loyalty.

Are you a good match?

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.

  • You possess a strong passion for the luxury retail sector and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • You exhibit exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • You are a proactive individual with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
