ABOUT THE ROLE
Daylesford Organic, Pimlico a beautifully curated organic store offering fresh produce delivered daily from our farm, alongside a welcoming café serving seasonal dishes and food to go.
As a Retail Team Leader at Daylesford Organic, you will play a key role in leading the shop floor team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will inspire and motivate the team through hands-on leadership, product knowledge and a passion for outstanding service.
Through strong operational standards, attention to detail and a commitment to quality, sustainability and conscious living, you will help bring the Daylesford ethos to life for every customer.
SALARY £13.83 per hour, plus tronc (Weekly Pay)
HOURS Full Time 40 Hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Daylesford’s brand values.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, maintaining high standards across the shop floor.
Share product knowledge and promote Daylesford’s organic and sustainable ethos to customers.
Assist with staff training, supervision and team development.
Monitor stock levels, merchandising and replenishment to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling and operational compliance.
Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
