The purpose of the role is to lead the team in delivering a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience within a luxury store in the Terminals. The role requires the successful candidate to ensure that they drive a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
The idea candidate will have supervised/managed retail teams previously and will have worked with high end luxury brands.
This is a permanent shift based role.
