JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Store-based profiles within the luxury retail environment, including Client Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Store Director, etc. S/he will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities, ensuring the attraction of high-caliber talent aligned with the brand’s values and client experience standards. The role also involves proactively building and nurturing a strong pipeline of retail talent to support business growth, in line with the Prada Group’s vision and strategic priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
3 -5 years of experience within a structured international company or recruiting agency. The knowledge of the Fashion&Luxury industry and/or of the recruitment of Retail/Stores profiles is a must
Proficient in digital tools
Good knowledge of the Office package
Skilled in analyzing and reading data
Good communication and relationship skills
High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations
Very good knowledge of the English language
Flexible and available to travel
RAL: 32,000 - 40,000 €
