About the role

The Retail Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimising Oroton’s core business systems across ERP, retail, supply chain and integrated platforms.

Acting as a functional subject matter expert, this role ensures system stability, performance, and alignment with business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams, you will support day-to-day operations while contributing to system enhancements, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day support across ERP, retail, supply chain, finance, ecommerce and inventory systems
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements through the IT ticketing system
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions
  • Maintain system configurations, documentation, and support procedures
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
  • Support core business processes including purchasing, replenishment, order management, fulfilment and logistics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Ecommerce and Customer Care
  • Assist with system enhancements, project initiatives, and implementation activities
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities including SIT and UAT
  • Manage defect tracking, testing outcomes, and release activities
  • Liaise with external vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on system changes, incidents, and progress updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system roadmap planning

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in a retail or omnichannel environment
  • Strong ERP experience, ideally with Infor M3
  • Experience with NewStore POS, OMS or ecommerce platforms
  • Experience supporting retail, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, fulfilment and finance processes
  • Demonstrated experience managing incidents, service requests, and system enhancements
  • Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT and UAT
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows between systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail
