About:

Our client is a Dubai-based luxury scent company with spirituality, sustainability and giving back at the heart of its brand. Founded and run by women, the company creates signature scent collections from its Dubai atelier, with a flagship presence at Dubai Mall alongside other retail locations, partner outlets, kiosks, pop-ups and private-client services.

The Retail Supervisor will take ownership of the day-to-day performance and execution of all the client's physical retail channels, including stores, kiosks, pop-ups and retail partnerships.

The role requires a hands-on retail professional who can lead teams, maintain luxury service standards and ensure stores consistently achieve their commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee daily operations across all Light of Sakina retail locations.
• 
  Manage kiosks, pop-ups and retail partner locations.
• 
  Lead, support and motivate retail teams.
• 
  Set and monitor individual and store-level sales targets.
• 
  Track conversion, AOV, footfall and sales performance.
• 
  Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• 
  Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury selling standards.
• 
  Ensure strong product knowledge across the retail team.
• 
  Conduct regular coaching and product training.
• 
  Monitor grooming and presentation standards.
• 
  Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• 
  Coordinate stock requirements and replenishment.
• 
  Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• 
  Support new store, kiosk and pop-up openings.
• 
  Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams on stock and logistics.
• 
  Ensure promotions and campaigns are properly executed in-store.
• 
  Provide regular retail performance reports to the Head of Sales.

Candidate Profile

• 
  4–7 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• 
  Experience supervising multiple stores or retail locations preferred.
• 
  Luxury fragrance, beauty, fashion or premium lifestyle experience desirable.
• 
  Strong UAE retail experience.
• 
  Proven ability to manage and motivate frontline teams.
• 
  Commercially aware and target-driven.
• 
  Strong understanding of conversion, AOV and retail KPIs.
• 
  Excellent customer-service mindset.
• 
  Hands-on, organised and solution-oriented.
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led business.
