For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Retail Strategy & Operations Team, supporting the transformation and growth of our retail network.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail strategy, market analysis and business performance within a global leader in hearing care.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Footprint Strategy

  • Analyze market and store performance data across different geographical areas to identify opportunities for new store openings, closures and relocations

  • Assess regional demographics, market potential and competitor presence to support strategic expansion plan

  • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Amplifon's retail footprint and business development.

• Process & Journey Optimization

  • Map customer touchpoints and analyze business KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Investigate root causes of performance deviations and propose actionable recommendations.

  • Support the monitoring and analysis of operational and commercial performance indicators across the network.

  • Translate data-driven insights into presentations and business recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
