Salary: €31,824.02 + ( €2035 Flexi per annum)

About the Function

The Storehouse Retail function plays a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences through premium retail, stock management, and operational excellence.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative retail team focused on delivering high standards across our stores and stock operations.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant (Back of House), you will support the smooth operation of our retail stores by managing stock, deliveries and storage areas, while contributing to overall guest experience through efficient operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support stockroom operations including deliveries, stocktaking, and replenishment
  • Pick and pack stock for retail requirements
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness and safety
  • Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy
  • Work closely with front-of-house teams to support retail delivery
  • Follow all Storehouse policies, procedures, and security processes
  • Contribute to a high-performing, team-focused environment

You’ll gain experience in a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to develop operational and customer experience skills.

Experience / Skills Required

This could be the right opportunity for you if you have:

  • Experience in a busy retail or stockroom environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and across different Storehouse areas
