We’re looking for a driven and people-first Retail Store Team Leader to take the lead at our Stockland Cairns store.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your store’s performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced tech retail environment.

You’ll combine leadership, sales and hands-on problem-solving, with the opportunity to develop your technical skills along the way. Device repair experience is highly regarded but not essential — training and support will be provided!

🎯 To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Stockland Cairns store, driving performance against sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example, supporting customers and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Train, mentor and motivate your team to achieve individual and store goals.
• Collaborate with your Area Manager and senior leaders to implement sales and operational strategies.
• Monitor store performance, identify growth opportunities and take action to maximise results.
• Develop hands-on technical and device repair skills, with training and support provided.
• Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving and supporting your team.
