Start Date: Beginning of May with positions available throughout the season.

As a Supervisor, you’ll lead our sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with a dedicated team to drive outstanding customer satisfaction and create a seamless shopping experience. If you’re passionate about retail leadership and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Provide excellent customer service through greeting, phone handling, and efficient POS transactions.
Foster a positive team environment and enforce operational procedures, including opening/closing and daily duties.
Communicate effectively with written and verbal instructions, resolve conflicts, and share relevant information.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, merchandise handling, and monitoring shrinkage.
Support staff with POS transactions, housekeeping, and merchandising.
Ensure store quality through restocking and proper product merchandising.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and completing weekly training.
High School Diploma or GED
6 months in a position involving sales, hospitality, or training of others.
1 year in a retail operation is preferred.
Basic computer skills are required to complete necessary daily tasks.
