We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Lead and support a small retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met
Manage store sales and KPIs
Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets
Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment
At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Results-driven, with a focus on customer service
Confident communicator with great people skills
Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
Fluent in English
