Runnings has a career opportunity for a Store Manager at our Springfield, MN location. This location features 25,000 square feet of retail space and offers a great opportunity for a motivated leader to make an impact. We’re looking for an energetic and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead the Springfield team to success.

Rate of Pay: $52,500 to $60,000 /yr with Bonus Earning Potential (Depending on Experience)

Springfield, MN is a city located in Brown County, located in southern Minnesota, known for its agricultural roots and community-focused environment.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.
2. Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.
3. Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail store.
4. Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.
5. Assist customers with a full variety of needs including purchases, returns, special orders, complaints etc.
6. Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and other product information throughout their assigned retail store.
7. Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
8. Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.
