
What you’ll be doing:
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic retail operation and inspire a team of 25–40 team members to deliver strong sales results and an excellent guest experience. You’ll own your store’s performance including team, financial, operations, and the overall guest experience. You’ll serve as the face of the store in the community while building a positive, high‑engagement culture. This role includes hiring, training, and developing hourly team members and leading a team of engaged Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisor to build a strong bench of talent. If you’re a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing people, delivering results, and making a visible impact, this role offers the opportunity to lead, grow, and make a difference every day.
