We're looking for our next Store Manager for Mount Gravatt. Someone who embodies our values, leads by example, and is ready to take ownership of a thriving store while helping others grow alongside them.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a people focused leader who is confident working with both customers and team members.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
• The ability to remain calm and solution focused when managing challenges
• Experience working towards sales targets and supporting team performance
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage rosters, stock and daily operations
• Reliability, accountability and a willingness to lead by example
• The ability to manage staff and customer concerns professionally and fairly
• A positive, enthusiastic and empathetic approach
• Minimum 2 years' management experience preferred;

We're particularly interested in candidates who have face to face customer experience and genuinely enjoy working with people. Retail, banking and other customer facing backgrounds are welcomed.
