About you and what you will bring to the role...

  • Retail leadership experience (or ready to step up) with a strong sales focus
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Sound business acumen and commitment to safe Work, Health & Safety practices
  • Flexible, adaptable and confident with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and team members
