We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Moruya Ag, Horse & Pet store. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing a local team, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships within the local farming, equine, pet and rural lifestyle community. As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations including people leadership, sales growth, inventory management, merchandising, customer experience and safety, while ensuring the store remains a trusted destination for local customers.
This opportunity would suit an experienced retail manager who enjoys working in a community-focused environment and has a passion for rural, agricultural, equine or pet retail.
Ag, Horse & Pet is AIRR's network of rural retail stores, supporting farmers, horse owners, pet owners and rural lifestyle customers across regional Australia. As a collective of regional and rural stores, we are committed to supporting the local communities we serve.
