As a Nespresso Boutique Manager, you’re not only the leader of the store, but you are also the face of the brand. You set the tone for the team and bring the brand and customer experience to life. Mentoring your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service comes to you naturally. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Performance Management Recruit, hire, and develop people to drive a culture of high performance and engagement. Recognize and reward excellence while addressing any performance issues promptly. Create personalized development plans and provide ongoing feedback to help your team thrive.
  • Personalized Coffee Experiences You are not only an agile coffee expert; you lead by example. Using storytelling, you’ll create an experience for each customer that walks into a boutique educating them on our coffee and sustainability while creating a hospitable environment.
  • Training and Development Lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring. Lead training initiatives to ensure your team has the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience. From product knowledge to selling techniques and operational standards, you will be instrumental in building their capabilities and shaping their success.
  • Team Engagement Uphold the Nespresso culture and values, fostering an engaged and motivated team. Through effective communication and regular touchpoints, such as weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions, you will create a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Sales and Service Excellence Drive team performance by setting clear targets and providing true guidance. You are growth-minded and implement strategies for continuous improvement accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and manage inventory efficiently. Collaborate with the District Manager to control labor costs and expenses effectively. Support teams with troubleshooting tech issues for smooth operations.
  • Safety and Quality Promote a safety-conscious culture and adhere to Nestlé’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Drive and Determination Maximize business opportunities through creative initiatives, customer loyalty, team motivation, and evaluating boutique performance to implement improvements.
  • Community Connection Think entrepreneurially to create community-building channels through experimentation and collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 4+ years of experience in fast-paced or luxury retail
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for coffee, a strong appreciation for sustainability, and a desire to continuously learn and share our coffee culture with others.
  • Availability for open/close shifts, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to travel as required

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience directly supervising 20+ employees in a high-volume, luxury retail environment
  • Ability to run weekly manager meetings, oversee KPIs, coach performance, and delegate effectively
  • Genuine passion for people: you enjoy engaging with customers and mentoring your employees
  • You care about the customer experience; you are a gracious host, and you exude hospitality
  • Guests know you by name and seek you out because of the service and experience you provide
  • Strong business acumen with ability to drive teams to achieve revenue goals and continuously improve
  • Demonstrated success developing bench strength and future leaders
  • High collaboration and presence; a natural at building rapport with customers and businesses
  • Strong hospitality mindset aligned with Nespresso’s House of Hospitality
  • Agility and patience with learning new systems, software programs, and reporting methods

The approximate pay range for this position is $89,000 to $94,000 with additional bonus potential. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
