- - - Oversee operation of retail store within policies and procedures established by Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia (GIMG). Responsible for management of the collection/processing/retail facility.

- - - - Demonstrate core values of Goodwill Industries by modeling service, ownership, accountability and respect.
- - - - Responsible for the efficient operation of retail store, auditing procedures, bank deposits, and cash control; merchandising, staff supervision, training and evaluating; security and safety of company employees and property. To achieve established goals for sales, payroll, safety and expense control.
- - - - Supervise personnel to insure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Includes recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
- - - - Oversee and assist with acceptance, sorting, processing and merchandising donated goods.
- - - - Assure sales and production employees use correct processing and sales procedures and methods.
- - - - Handle customer complaints and forward unresolved complaints to customer service team.
- - - - Complete payroll tracking to reconcile labor hours by location(s)assigned in each pay period.
- - - - Ensure stores meet all standards outlines in the monthly inspection and bonus qualification form.
