We’re leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country’s tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.
The BRUNT team is not only devoted to improving on the old workwear standards, but we’re also creating a community that tradesmen and women can call their own. From our weekly hangouts at the BRUNT Garage, to hosting events across the country, we’re all about getting boots on the ground and building something real with the BRUNT crew.
The BRUNT flagship isn’t a traditional retail store, it’s a home base for the trades. A place where customers can walk in straight from a job site, try on gear built for real work, and talk with a team that understands their day-to-day. We’re building more than a place to shop, we’re creating a community hub where craftsmanship, grit, and pride in hard work come together through in-store events, local connections, and boots-on-the-ground experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Retail Strategy & Operations Manager, the Store Manager will own the day-to-day leadership and performance of BRUNT’s first-ever flagship store. You’ll be responsible for bringing the BRUNT brand to life on the sales floor creating an environment where tradespeople feel welcome, understood, and confident in the gear they’re buying.
You’ll lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team while setting the standard for exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and in-store culture. This includes overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, as well as ensuring the store is always customer-ready, well-merchandised, and operating efficiently.
Above all, you’ll serve as the face of BRUNT in the community building relationships with local tradespeople, representing our values on the floor, and helping define what “great” looks like for BRUNT retail.
