About the OpportunityThe Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This role balances business objectives with people leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities include: 
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
  • Driving sales performance and achieving or exceeding store goals and KPIs
  • Providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
  • Monitoring customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance client experience
  • Leading by example in building strong client relationships and creating a loyal customer base
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements
  • Creating weekly schedules and manage labor hours effectively
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisor leadership role
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage teams goals 
  • Strong leadership, team development, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Scale FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $60,000 - $70,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses for store performance. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
