This role offers the opportunity to manage a specialist retail store within a stable and growing brand.
The Role: Retail Store Manager
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the Fourways store. The role focuses on driving sales, leading a small retail team, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and professional service aligned with the brands standards.
Key Responsibilities
3–5 years retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a store management role
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve sales and service targets
Drive sales performance through customer engagement and product knowledge
Manage stock control, merchandising, and loss prevention
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated queries
Maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines
Compile basic reports and provide feedback to management
About You
3–5 years retail experience, including 1–2 years in a management role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Organised, responsible, and able to work independently
Own car and valid drivers license highly advantageous, or proven reliable transport to Fourways
