PTC Phone Tech & Comm is looking for a Store Team Leader to take ownership of our Marion location.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day sitting out the back checking reports.

You'll be on the floor, leading from the front. Coaching your team. Talking to customers. Driving sales. Solving problems. Celebrating wins. Building capability. And creating a store people genuinely enjoy walking into, whether they're a customer or part of your team.

As our Store Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for the performance and day-to-day leadership of the store.

You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop your team to perform at their best
• Drive sales performance and create genuine accountability around KPIs
• Lead from the front and demonstrate what great customer engagement looks like
• Build a positive, energetic and performance-focused store culture
• Coach team members in sales, product knowledge, customer service and operational standards
• Recognise performance gaps early and take action to improve them
• Keep the team focused, motivated and clear on expectations
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the store
• Maintain strong standards across merchandising, stock, cash, security and compliance
• Work closely with your Area Manager and wider PTC team to deliver results
• Learn and support PTC's device repair offering as part of our broader customer experience

You do not need to arrive as a phone repair expert.

We can teach technology, products, systems and processes.

What is much harder to teach is leadership, accountability, commercial drive and the ability to get people behind you.

The Person We're Looking For

Forget the perfect CV for a moment.

You could currently be a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or an experienced retail leader ready for your next challenge.

What matters is that you:

• Know how to lead people, not just supervise shifts
• Enjoy sales and understand what drives strong retail performance
• Can coach someone who isn't performing rather than avoiding the conversation
• Set clear expectations and hold people accountable
• Lead from the front rather than managing from the sidelines
• Are confident talking to customers and building rapport
• Have the resilience to handle busy days, competing priorities and the occasional curveball
• Take ownership when something isn't working
• Are commercially minded and motivated by results
• Are comfortable learning technology and new systems
• Bring energy and personality to your team
• Can have a laugh while still knowing when it's time to get down to business
