Job Duties:

• Stocking retail products
• Dusting & cleaning retail shelves
• Organizing the warehouse by efficiently securing and controlling inventory
• Ordering supplies
• Filling professionals' orders & tracking their usage
• Ordering, receiving & checking all incoming orders
• Bar-coding supplies
• Must be able to travel to all PENZONE locations
• Execute + maintain brand standards + floorset planograms in conjunction with operations teams
• Maintain + Fulfill all e-commerce orders.
• Cross functional duties as assigned at other locations + for department projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple operational priorities independently.
• Consistently maintains professionalism in decision-making and communication
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all inventory and processing tasks
• Strong communication skills; able to interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner
• Highly self‑directed and able to take initiative without supervision
• Comfortable using modern workplace technology, including Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and digital communication platforms
• Professional appearance aligned with company dress guidelines.
• Reliable transportation + willingness to work at all locations of PENZONE Salons + Spas in Columbus, OH

Location: All Salon Locations

Availability Requirements: Full-time (40 hrs), Monday through Friday.
