Job Purpose
The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of merchandise across Fashion, Watch, and Fine Jewellery categories. This includes performing quality checks, maintaining organized and accurate inventory records, supporting stock movements between warehouse and boutique, and providing administrative and operational support. The role also contributes to smooth boutique operations through coordination of deliveries, stock takes, customer enquiries, and ad‑hoc floor support when required, ensuring overall operational excellence and product integrity.

Perform quality checks on all products upon receipt
Perform reporting of defective goods
Maintain Fashion / Watch / Fine Jewellery items in stock room (warehouse) in an organized, clean and tidy manner
Assist in sorting and organizing daily delivery from warehouse to boutique
Upkeep accurate records of inventory based on categories
Participate in monthly warehouse and boutique stock takes
Provide support and assist in stock transfers and packing
Provide administrative support including shipping/invoicing
Assist on the boutique floor when necessary
Manage phone enquiries on products
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you will bring:
O’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, with effective bilingual proficiency in English
Meticulous and detail‑oriented, with a high level of accuracy
Working knowledge of Excel
Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage (optional)
