Ice Box Liquor is proud to be a family-owned, independent success story. With 29 stores across NSW and counting, we are famous for our local vibe and great selection.

The big news? We’re opening a brand-new store (number 30) and we’re looking for a powerhouse team to help us launch it! If you have a passion for providing outstanding service, we want to meet you.

Available Roles

• Store Manager (Fulltime or Part Time)
• Casual Customer Service Assistants

At Ice Box Liquor, we don’t just "work a till." You’ll be the face of the brand, ensuring our customers leave happier than when they arrived.

• Provide superior service with a "meeting needs" focus—helping customers find the perfect drop.
• Demonstrate a passion for what you sell by developing a strong product knowledge of key lines including Beer, Wine and Spirits.
• Build genuine rapport and ongoing relationships with our new locals.
• Keep the store looking sharp with eye-catching merchandising and creative displays.
• Manage daily stock operations, from receiving loads and replenishment to ensuring the store is spotless.

Available Roles

We’re looking for high-energy individuals who take pride in their work.

• Leadership(For Management roles) 2+ years of retail management experience and the ability to lead a team.
• A current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is required.
• Experience in stock control and visual merchandising is a huge plus.
• A proven track record of hitting targets and "wowing" customers.
• You are physically fit (capable of lifting/carrying stock) and available to work a flexible roster including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
