We’re looking for a Retails & Services Intern to join us in Lisboa, Portugal.

Your Role

Combine your ongoing studies with practical experience and contribute to projects in extended reality (XR). You will support our team in developing and improving tailored experiences for clients, exploring how technology, customer needs and thoughtful design come together.

Through research, analysis and collaboration, you will help us understand what matters to users and identify opportunities to improve their experiences. This internship offers the chance to develop practical skills, expand your professional network and grow personally while contributing your perspective to the team.

You will be encouraged to observe, ask questions and share ideas. Your curiosity will help you explore unfamiliar topics, while a structured approach will support the documentation and operational work that keeps projects moving forward.

The role of Retails & Services Intern will involve:

• Contributing to XR projects focused on customer and user experience, supporting the team as ideas develop into practical improvements.
• Conducting market studies and research to identify emerging trends, user needs and relevant best practices within extended reality.
• Helping improve customer experiences through approaches that combine data, creativity and an understanding of the people using our products and services.
• Analysing consumer experiences and identifying opportunities to make them more useful, intuitive and engaging.
• Working with colleagues across product, operations, technology and business, bringing different perspectives together to support project activities.
• Supporting operational tasks, maintaining documentation and assisting the team with regulatory matters.
• Observing how experiences work, asking thoughtful questions and contributing ideas that help the team explore opportunities for improvement.

Your Experience

• You are currently studying Business, Media, User Experience, Psychology or a similar subject.
• You have a passion for extended reality, digital experiences and innovative technologies, with an interest in exploring how they can serve customer needs.
• You are interested in customer and user experience and approach challenges by considering the people who will use a product or service.
• You bring curiosity, initiative and a desire to understand the reasons behind a problem or an opportunity.
• You combine analytical thinking with creativity, using evidence and fresh perspectives to explore possible solutions.
• You work in a structured and responsible way, giving documentation and operational tasks the attention they need.
• You have excellent English skills.
