CONSTANT is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officer (Loss Prevention) to support our valued retail client, located in Central Lakes QLD
This role is focused on maintaining a safe and welcoming retail environment while proactively reducing stock loss and deterring anti-social behaviour through high-visibility presence and strong customer engagement.
As a Retail Security Officer, you will:
Provide a strong, professional security presence within store
Monitor store entry/exit points and high-risk areas
Deter theft and support loss prevention strategies
Deliver respectful and professional customer service
Liaise with store management regarding incidents or risks
Complete electronic incident and shift reports
Support emergency procedures if required
This is an evening-focused role, ideal for candidates seeking consistent part-time hours 1700 - 2100.
Current QLD Security Licence
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention (preferred)
Strong observational and communication skills
Professional presentation and reliability
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience using CCTV or incident reporting tools
Ongoing training and support
Stable evening shifts 1700 - 2100 Mon - Sat
