Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers with their enquiries and provide product knowledge
• Introduce customers to the 'Umart' way and create a positive shopping experience
• Offer warranty and general tech troubleshooting services to customers
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer service role
• Good understanding of computers and technology
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in computer hardware or related field
• Experience in retail eCommerce or computer parts and peripherals industry
