Job Description

The Retail Sales & Services Administrator provides reporting, program management, and coordination support to the Retail Sales & Services Director and branch network. This role supports sales performance, manages key retail programs, tracks results, and helps drive consistency and execution across branches. The position plays a critical role in enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting sales initiatives across the Consumer Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, performance scorecards, and leaderboards for branches and regions
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making
  • Partner with leadership to track outcomes of sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Identify performance gaps and escalate insights to leadership

PIS & LBE Program Management

  • Manage the Licensed Bank Employee (LBE) Program, including lead routing, activity tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Provident Investment Services (PIS) partnership
  • Monitor referral volume, appointment conversion, and revenue performance
  • Facilitate regular meetings with leadership to align on strategy and execution
  • Support branches by removing barriers and ensuring program expectations are met

Strategy & Communications

  • Partner with leadership to develop retail sales strategies
  • Create presentations, campaign materials, and communications for the Consumer Bank
  • Maintain and update the branch sales intranet page

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, retail sales, or a related environment
  • Experience supporting or leading sales initiatives preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of retail banking products (checking, savings, consumer loans, credit cards, digital banking)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Prolonged sitting
  • Lifting from 5 to 10 lbs. (printer paper, storage boxes)
  • Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. May also involve travel to customers and/or property locations.

HAZARDS:

The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting and those present in commuting by car. Occasionally, they may be exposed to those conditions present in public forums and meeting places.

Pay Details:

$33.23 - $39.00/hourly

This position is hourly plus commission based. The base salary actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs. Team members earn commissions based on sales performance and/or achieving their goals.
