About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional in-store experience and represent the FASHIONPHILE brand with energy and enthusiasm. In this role, you’ll engage with clients, support store operations, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers. Join our O.N.E FASHIONPHILE Team where we work as one, embrace change with agility, and communicate with purpose. Responsibilities include: 
  • Providing best in class luxury experience. Includes a warm welcome and support throughout shopping and selling experience.  
  • Following inventory guidelines (product location, tethering items for security),  overall visual standards (tags tucked in, straps tucked in, and displays being returned to the proper area after showing to clients.) and  daily opening and closing procedures.  
  • Support day to day operations by answering phones, supporting BOPUS and returns, and supporting customers in finding their holy grail. 
  • Clienteling and achieving set sales goals through proactive outreach.

What We’re Looking For 
  • Extensive customer service experience in the retail space 
  • Sales experience 
  • Proven ability to build strong and long lasting customer relationships 
  • Basic knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay Rate: This position begins at $15/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Lehi, Utah location + uncapped commission.
