About the role

We are seeking a Support Officer Retail to join the Sanders Fodder team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a dynamic, fast paced role that will see you provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer deliveries while supporting the Retail sales team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

As a Support Officer Retail, you will:

• Assist clients instore and process transactions
• Prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner
• Receive, dispatch and process incoming/ outgoing inventory
• Assist in the safe storage of rural products including stock feed, farm equipment, vet products and crop protection chemicals
• Perform general shed and yard duties including stock take and stock rotation etc.

About you

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with merchandising knowledge
• Basic understanding of agriculture products and seasonal differences
• Articulate written and verbal communication and proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team with time management skills
• Driver’s license and Forklift licence (desirable)
• Ag Chem certificate (desirable)
