Lead Generation Specialist (Bilingual – English/French)

$23.00/hour + Performance Bonuses | Paid Mileage

Warehouse Installation Network is growing, and we're looking for experienced, professional Sales Representatives to join our Retail Sales Team.

As the exclusive lead generation partner for Lifestyle Home Products and True North Bath Remodel, you'll represent trusted Canadian brands inside major retail locations, connecting with homeowners and scheduling qualified in-home consultations for our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is confident starting conversations, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Represent our brands at retail partner locations.
• Engage customers professionally and identify homeowners interested in home improvement projects.
• Schedule qualified in-home consultations for our sales consultants.
• Build rapport quickly while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Consistently achieve individual performance goals while contributing to team success.

We're Looking For Professionals Who

• Have previous sales, customer engagement, or lead generation experience.
• Are confident initiating conversations with new customers.
• Are driven by goals and performance incentives.
• Present themselves professionally and communicate with confidence.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Are fluent in both English and French
• Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Are available to work weekday and weekend shifts and travel between retail locations.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, including some weekends
• Up to 35 hours per week
• Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• 5–6 hour shifts
