Your responsibilities

• Bring Mammut guest experience to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the team and guests.
• Ensure in-store readiness for guests and that the store is maintained throughout your shift.
• Open and close the store in accordance with the opening and closing procedures.
• Review and interpret daily sales data.
• Support the team’s ongoing learning and development.
• Establish supportive working relationships and create a fun and productive environment.

• Build rapport and authentically engage with our guests.
• Interact with guests to provide a personal and exceptional experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized solutions, usage, and support.
• Provide technical product information by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
• In partnership with the manager, you will own, personalize, and elevate solutions to meet our guests’ needs.
• Serve as The Resource to guide guests to local and regional sites and activities.

• Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

• Perform product presentation tasks including refresh, restock and relocation according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the comfortable environment of the store.
• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Your profile

• Education: High School or secondary diploma equivalent or above
• 1 year of retail/ guest service experience
• You are an outdoor enthusiast & have a passion for our brand activities and lifestyle.

• Mammut is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Compensation will be determined by your relevant work experience, education, certifications, & skills.
• The Hourly range for this role in Castle Rock, Colorado is $16.00 - $20.00 FT >30+ HRS
