A little about this position:

• Assists in overseeing the daily operation and merchandising of the retail store.
• Creates and maintains a visually stunning presentation of products, and leads the team to optimize guest interaction and product selection.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the retail industry.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Two to three years of experience as a sales associate in a major sporting goods operation.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with Mountain Sports hard goods and soft goods.

Hourly pay rate: $21.85 to $25.00
