– Retail Sales Executive (RSE)
The Retail Sales Executive (RSE) is responsible for acquiring new merchants, building strong and long-term relationships with merchants, and ensuring effective adoption of Bukupays digital payment solutions within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new merchants (offline and online) in line with assigned area targets.
Promote and educate merchants on BukuPay products, including QRPh, EDC, and/or POS solutions.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure merchant activation, usage, and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive retention and transaction growth.
Manage the merchant acquisition pipeline and provide regular sales progress reports.
Identify market potential and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams to support merchant onboarding, resolve operational issues, and address merchant needs.
Ensure acquisition quality in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or banking, with a strong focus on merchant acquisition.
Good understanding of QRPh, EDC, and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
Proven experience in acquiring merchants in local markets.
Willing to travel and perform regular field visits.
Possess a strong merchant network and database.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, resilient, and highly committed.
