We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Retail Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right products, provide excellent service, and help drive store sales. You will also ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and customers leave with a positive shopping experience
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
Maintain product displays, signage, and stock levels on the sales floor
Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person
Stay informed about new products, sales, and in-store promotions
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store
