The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales & Education Manager to lead our Australian market. This hybrid role combines commercial leadership with a passion for education, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality training and a customer-first experience. Reporting into the Head of Retail (UK based) and collaborating with our Australian market partner, this role will be a critical part of our awareness & growth journey in Australia. The role will critically ensure that Trinny London consistently delivers a customer-first approach, meets business objectives, and achieves financial targets whilst keeping our people at the heart of everything we do.
Operating across a significant time difference, you will be the vital link between our Australian stores and our UK Head Office. You will oversee six key locations supported by a team member. Store locations are Melbourne x 2, Sydney x 2, Brisbane x 1 and Perth x 1.
This role is field-based and requires regular travel to ensure brand standards and educational excellence are consistent across all Australian sites.
