Qualifications • Age: 21 years of age or older. Preference(s) • Preference may be given to current employees of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services. • Active Listening & Speaking: Ability to give full attention to customers and team members, ask thoughtful questions, and convey information clearly and professionally. • Critical Thinking: Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to daily challenges. • Product Knowledge & Promotion: Ability to learn our product inventory, conduct casual product demonstrations or recommendations, and utilize basic sales techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. • Physical: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule: Able to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Background: Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Communication: The ability to speak clearly and understand spoken information effectively.
• Customer Service: Able to provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and meeting high quality standards.
