Monmouth Cards is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our store. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on delivering a great in-store experience, helping customers find products, and supporting daily store operations. Ideal for students or anyone interested in trading cards and collectibles.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience
Support sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies
Help maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock inventory and assist with product displays
Support in-store events, promotions, and busy periods

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports is a plus
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
