Job Description

Supports the daily operations of the gift shops at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Experience

  • 1 year of experience in retail or customer service

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to patients, their families and hospital staff with their purchasing needs.
  • Efficiently operates the point of sale (POS) system and processes transactions with precision and accuracy.
  • Receives, processes and fulfills phone orders promptly and accurately.
  • Replenishes and restocks merchandise promptly as items are sold to ensure continued product availability.
  • Support with visual merchandising and window efforts and create window displays to enhance shopping experience.
  • Accurately receives and prices merchandise, ensuring correct labeling and inventory management.
  • Coordinates and places orders with gift shop vendors to maintain a well-stocked and variety of product selection.
  • Openness to working a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Consistently adheres to all Children’s Healthcare and gift shop policies and procedures.
