The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-established,
family-owned specialty meat market in Justin, TX, to hire a Retail Sales
Associate.

Our client is known for exceptional customer service,
premium products, and a welcoming shopping experience. We are looking for
someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in keeping a store looking its
best, and wants to be part of a hardworking team that values quality,
hospitality, and community.

Whether you are assisting customers, stocking premium
products, answering phones, or keeping the store organized, you will play an
important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

• 
  Welcome
  customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• 
  Answer
  questions about products and assist customers in finding what they need
• 
  Answer
  phones and assist with customer orders and general inquiries
• 
  Receive,
  stock, rotate, and merchandise products using First Expired, First Out
  (FEFO) guidelines
• 
  Help
  maintain attractive displays throughout the store
• 
  Assist
  with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory
• 
  Operate
  the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions
• 
  Bag
  purchases and support checkout operations when needed
• 
  Maintain
  a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
• 
  Work
  closely with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly

  Previous
  retail, grocery, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
  is preferred but not required

  to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
