As our Weekend Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes clients, builds lasting relationships, and helps them discover the benefits of making massage and skincare part of their wellness routine.

💚 Schedule

• Evening availability required
• Saturday and/or Sunday shifts available
• Great part-time opportunity with consistent weekend hours

✨ Pay & Perks

• $15/hour
• Monthly performance bonuses based on Wellness Program membership conversions
• Commission opportunities on Wellness Program sales (many team members earn $200+ per month in additional bonuses!)
• FREE monthly massage or facial when working at least one shift per week (or every other weekend)

• Welcome every client with warmth and genuine enthusiasm
• Guide clients through our Wellness Program membership options with confidence
• Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back
• Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out
• Help resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care
• Support the daily flow of the studio and contribute to a fun, positive team culture

• Friendly, outgoing, and loves working with people
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced wellness environment
• Passionate about helping others feel their best

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have...

• Retail, membership, or wellness sales experience
• Customer service experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or a similar industry
• Experience with scheduling software, phones, and basic computer systems
