THE JOB:
If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable shopping experiences, this role is for you. As a key part of our guest experience, you’ll engage with guests warmly, maintain our high brand standards, and ensure every visit to our retail space is comfortable and enjoyable. Bring your personable approach and dedication to excellence and help us make every guest’s experience unforgettable.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
6+ months of prior relevant experience in retail sales is preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
