Are you great with people, confident in sales, and looking for an opportunity to grow with a supportive team?

Elements Massage Clayton is looking for a motivated, professional, and sales-driven Wellness Membership Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional client experiences, and helping clients prioritize their wellness through massage and skincare services.

This is not a typical “front desk” position! We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable having conversations with clients, and motivated to help grow the business while being part of a positive, team-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous sales, membership, scheduling, or hospitality experience preferred; spa or wellness industry a plus, but not required
• Comfortable discussing memberships, services, retail products, and promotions
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, problem-solving, and client concerns
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Passion for helping people
• Available to work 20–30 hours per week, with availability for evenings and weekends

Your Role:

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client
• Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries over the phone and in person
• Promote and sell memberships and retail products to help clients enhance their wellness journey
• Meet membership and sales goals
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are not just met but exceeded
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Support the overall success of the studio and team
