Hourly Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience/availability).
Monthly Bonuses: Uncapped incentives for hitting membership and enhancement sales goals.

Shift Standard: 4–6 hour shifts.
Availability: Evenings and weekends are a requirement to support our peak client hours.
The Entire Journey: You drive the client relationship from the initial booking, to a polished greeting, to confidently closing the membership sale at checkout.
The Studio Environment: You take pride in maintaining a pristine, organized, and premium environment. The look and feel of our studio is your signature.
Schedule Density: You actively manage the calendar to eliminate empty "blue space" and maximize provider books.
Sales Confidence: 2+ years of retail or service sales (membership sales experience is a huge plus).
Professional Mindset: Highly focused, reliable, and accountable. You are friendly, yet never casual.
Execution: Sharp multitasking skills and comfort with scheduling software.
