Elements Massage in Hingham is looking for an engaging and outgoing personality to lead the sales and customer service of potential clients and our current members. Our business is built on Wellness Program sales, and we award our team when we meet our objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Elements Massage in Hingham is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they come in.

• Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
• Being the face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
• Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is efficient and accurate.
• Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are valued and respected.

Qualifications and Skills:

• The right candidate must prioritize communication with both clients and fellow staff
• Proficient knowledge and familiarity with up-to-date technology
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Prior retail sales or client care in a spa-like or similar environment preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.

Studio Specific Benefits:

• $17.00+/hour depending on experience
• Monthly Bonuses (ongoing)
